Come and discover this villa located in the residential area of Dunes de Piquey, 1.5 km from the Arcachon basin and shops, and 4 km from the Ocean beaches thanks to secure cycle paths.
The villa is divided into two levels.
On the first floor, you'll enjoy a kitchen opening onto a bright living room opening onto 2 terraces, 1 facing south and the other south-east, overlooking the wooded garden. Three bedrooms, the 1st with a 180cm sofa-bed, the 2nd with 2 90cm beds, each with access to the south-facing terrace.
The 3rd bedroom is a master suite with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room.
There is also a shared shower room with walk-in shower for the first and second bedrooms. Separate WC and storeroom.
On the garden level, you'll find 2 bedrooms, the first with a 160 cm-wide bed, the second with 2 90 cm-wide beds and 1 120 cm-wide bed, all opening onto a south-east-facing terrace with its own outdoor shower. A shared shower room with WC for the 2 bedrooms and a garage equipped with a washing machine complete the ensemble.
Enjoy the enclosed garden with trees and views of the pine forest, a plancha area, hammock, deckchairs and garden furniture for spending pleasant moments.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
