House “Manuela“ (7 persons) with Swimming-Pool between the Atlantic ocean and the Lac de Cazeaux in teh middle of the Golf Course of Biscarrosse
Relax yourselves in our comfortably furnished house in Basque-style and10m x 5m large heated swimming pool.
It is situated on the woodened dune of Biscarrosse-Plage between the Atlantic Ocean and the Lac de Cazeaux on a ground of 1.400m² within the “Domaine du Golf” with its number of exclusive houses and is surrounded from the 18 holes Golf course.
Per bird-line the Atlantic beach is at a distance of ca. 2 km and the Lac de Cazeaux at ca. 500m; by car or bicycle the distances are of
6 km to the large Atlantic beach and of
1 km to the Lac de Cazeaux, a clear water lake.
Enjoy the beautiful view from the living room and the south-terrace onto the swimming pool and the pine-forest.
A paved way leads from the house to the pool and it’s terrace.

Our house Manuela has a living surface of ca. 95m² and in addition 2 terraces.
It contains 1 large living room with fire-place, dining place and American-style kitchen as well as
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Kitchen: fully equipped with cooler, freezer, 4 plates ceramic field, oven, dishwasher,
micro-wave cooker, filter-coffee-machine and Nespresso-capsule-coffee-machine;
Dining place: Corner seating group and table for 8 persons and dish-buffet;
Living-room: open fire-place, leather seating group, couch-table, commode and Sat-flat-screen-TV;
Chamber n° 1: King-size bed 180cm x 200cm, large wardrobe and access to bathroom n° 1 and
to the roofed terrace;
Chamber n° 2: Queen-size bed 160cm x 200cm, wardrobe, cupboard, and access to the south terrace;
Chamber n° 3: Ground-floor with 2 beds 90cm x 190cm, wardrobe, office-table;
mezzanine with 2 beds 90cm x 200cm and nightstand;
Bathroom Nr. 1: sink, WC und bath-tub;

Terrace with BBQ: entirely covered with open fire-place and garden table and chairs;
South-Terrace: partly covered with garden table and chairs and parasol;
