Just 3 km from the wonderful historic center of Lecce, the estate, while guaranteeing absolute privacy (thanks to the high perimeter walls and imposing centuries-old trees), is located near an important road, which makes travel easy. The apartment is surrounded by greenery featuring typical fruit trees and plants, a pond and seasonal vegetable gardens. An excellent tennis court, Davis size, for approx. m2 is granted exclusively to the tenants of the house. 850, in elasticized plastic material. Free to use, common to all guests of the fascinating estate, a five-a-side football pitch of approx. 1500 (larger than normal 5-a-side courts) in synthetic grass and a beach volleyball court in sea sand, for approx. 200; all the sports facilities, with the exception of the swimming pool (which has underwater spotlights), are equipped with night lighting with bromine iodide spotlights, placed on poles with a height of 6/8 meters placed on the entire perimeter relating to the installation. Still outside there are: a tree house, equipped with ropes and climbing areas and a circular path outside the buildings (but inside the property), to be done by bike or other means. The swimming pool accompanies the rear patio of the main building core, developing parallel to it. The considerable body of water measures 20x10m, with a depth of 3.5m to 0.80m and has a double springboard. (pool opening from 01/06 to 30/09) On the sides there are 4 relaxation areas with related umbrellas and deckchairs, one of which is dedicated just to you. Next to it we see the outdoor cooking area (barbecue) with 6 gas burners and also a charcoal grill. The entire farmhouse has 4 independent housing units, including the guesthouse which is the subject of this announcement, surrounded by the beautiful park, which we will now describe in detail. Four external entrances (for each bedroom and the living room) ensure independence of movement. A comfortable equipped veranda (table, chairs and sitting area) allows lunches, dinners and moments of relaxation in the magical context. From here you reach the bright living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort (large flat screen TV, lounge with queen-size sofa bed, large fridge with freezer, electric cooker with induction hob, various fine furniture). A hallway connects the living area to the 2 internal bedrooms, beautiful and excellently designed (pleasant furnishings, large TV, air conditioning and everything needed for very high travel comfort). Each room has its own large bathroom, in which we note, among other things, the large glass shower cubicle. A small laundry room with washing machine will be useful. The house is also equipped with central heating for off-season stays. In the same building we find the changing rooms with showers and bathrooms, useful for the sports facilities. The house overlooks the nearby tennis court, for your exclusive use. Also very close is the children's play area with tree house, slide, swings, ladders for climbing and small hammocks. A 20Kw photovoltaic system is installed on the property.
