This nice penthouse is located in the heart of Estepona City and Estepona Marina.
From the apartment it is only a short walk to the beach and the sea.
Estepona City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.
