Our house is located 500m from the heart of the village (bakery, butcher's, grocer's, bar/tobacco shop, restaurant, nurse, doctors, pharmacy (3km)...).
The river with its park and activities (children's games, pétanque courts, sports and walking).
Our village has a train station with links to major cities (Paris, Tours, Orleans, Bourges). It's located in the heart of the Sologne region, allowing you to discover typical Sologne villages and the magnificent Châteaux de la Loire. The Beauval Zoo is a must-see, or for sports enthusiasts, the go-karting or equestrian centers of Salbris or Lamotte Beuvron.....
House: New, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery you need.

Private access to a 9.5mx5m indoor swimming pool from May to September.
