It is situated in the urban center of Roses, nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the best fresh fish and seafood from Roses Bay.
The sandy beach is just at 20 meters and it's one with the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast.

This cozy three-bedroom apartment with a capacity of 10 persons has an area of 143 m². The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second has two single beds and a bunk bed, and in the third you'll find two pull out beds which are suitable for four persons. In the living room there is a sitting area and living room furniture. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bathtub. The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffeemaker and toaster. Furthermore, the accommodation offers the following facilities: a garden, garden furniture, fenced area, terrace, iron, heat pump heating, air-conditioning throughout the house, an open-air car park (4 spaces) in the same building, a TV and Internet (use for a fee, upon request). Upon request you can also rent a baby bed. Pets are allowed.
Rosas is a typical Mediterranean city with important tourists and maritime traditions. It lies in a unique natural environment, in the northern part of the Costa Brava, less than 30km from the French border, 65km from Girona, and 160km from Barcelona. The important tourist center with houses, hotels, beaches, and ports-fish and sport, is an attractive place in the northern part of Costa Brava. The coastline of Rosas offers a long sandy beach. Rosas is a lively city throughout the year. It attracts various types of travelers because of the attractive activities and attractions. Go karting, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, take a boat trip to Cape Creuz or take a ride with the tourist train. These are just a few possibilities in Rosas to enjoy your free time.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: Several days prior to your arrival, you will receive a message containing a link for online check-in. This process includes registering occupants, settling the remaining payment, signing the contract, and receiving information regarding key collection.
During online check-in, you grant authorization to the local tour operator to collect a damage deposit in the event of accommodation misuse. This deposit is always accompanied by an invoice detailing the damages incurred.

PETS: Our accommodations welcome pets, subject to a supplemental fee.
ACCESS TO ACCOMMODATION: Access to our lodgings is facilitated through a mobile phone application, allowing you to unlock doors. It is imperative to confirm with the local tour operator beforehand that you have installed this application on your mobile device.
SUPPLIES: Except for special cases communicated directly to the client, supply costs are integrated into the total price. In cases where gas bottles need replacement, clients are responsible for contacting the owner during opening hours to exchange the empty bottle.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS: Accommodations within communal settings adhere to specific rules and regulations. Facilities like pools and tennis courts may not be available year-round, depending on factors such as weather and hygiene. The owner is not accountable for the unavailability of such facilities within a community complex, unrelated to his management role, while clients assume responsibility for their safe usage.
RESOLUTION OF CONTRACT: The owner reserves the right to terminate the contract under the following circumstances:
1. Excessive occupancy without prior notice, prompting the owner to request the names and IDs of all occupants.
2. Unauthorized transfer or subletting of the entire or part of the accommodation.
3. Rearrangement of furniture within the accommodation.
4. Engagement in activities contravening municipal regulations, cohabitation guidelines, hygiene standards, or public rules, affecting other tenants.
EXCLUDED LIABILITIES: The owner is not liable in the following situations:
1. Theft, loss, or damage incurred by clients during their stay, even if a safe deposit box is rented.
2. Supply disruptions from major companies (electricity, gas, water).
3. Breakdown of appliances reported to the owner, who will contact the Technical Department within 24 hours. Lack of assistance does not warrant compensation.
4. External works by city hall or institutions, potentially impacting the tenant's stay.
5. WiFi services from external companies may not cover all managed apartments. In case of a deficient connection, the owner will refund the service charge with supplier authorization, without client attribution of blame.
If the rented accommodation becomes unavailable, the owner commits to offering an alternative of a similar or higher category. If dissatisfied, the amount paid for intermediate management will be refunded.

The accommodation is very spacious, even better than on the photos. The only negative point is the bunk bed which needs to be changed and is very dangerous. No safety rails and very unstable. Also the single bed in this same room has screws that come out of the headboard so very dangerous.

Apartment on the ground floor, very convenient for direct access to the pool, but we suffered the incessant movement of furniture, chairs and tables of the tenants on the floor. Simple pads under the feet of the furniture would have been beneficial for our peace ... apart from that good apartment quick access to the sea (- 5min walk) lacks just a washing machine .

very disappointed with our stay, first of all we didn't have the good accommodation but the one next door! there were also tenants above extremely noisy and without any discomfort (whereas there were .4 years ago, the owners who respected our tranquillity) accommodation not clean at all, very greasy stove, not clean floor, and poor sanitary facilities, we spent two hours scrubbing everything! shower head leaking, outside light that did not work pool not cleaned for 7 days !!!! very disappointed with my rental which cost me 160€ more which 4 years ago for this result !! I strongly advise against

Very nice little villa with shared garden and swimming pool, very close to the beach. Very well located Be careful with the cleanliness that was not on the appointment, we would have liked an inventory. A little disappointed with the very small swimming pool, stuck to the lower apartments, the cramped garden and the poorly arranged parking lot. Fortunately, everything went well for us thanks to a good agreement with respectful neighbours. We had a great week and will be back!
