Possibility of boat trips along the cliff of Capo Caccia, with its breathtaking cliffs overlooking the sea, where the famous Caves of Neptune open up.

Final cleaning: € 60.00. Kitchenette and crockery to leave in order and clean, otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person.
Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 20.00): € 50.00, late check out (after 10.00 am): an additional night will be charged. Animals are not allowed.
Tourist tax to be paid locally: € 0.50 per person per day, for people over the age of 12.
Security deposit: € 200.00. It will be the customer's responsibility to provide for the separate collection of waste and its disposal in accordance with the collection table, the housing on its return must be free of all waste, otherwise 50% of the security deposit will be withheld.
Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
