Villa Liza is located in the peaceful western part of Hvar town. It has been fitted out with the most attractive, modern furniture. The villa has two floors and can accommodate eight people comfortably. It is ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. Villa Liza consists of a kitchen /dining /sitting area, four double bedrooms, four bathrooms and a terrace. On the ground floor is a large open plan kitchen /dining / sitting
area, with French windows opening onto the covered part of a private garden with garden furniture, which leads to the private outdoor pool.
In addition to the inside stairs, you can reach the first floor terrace from the garden, by steps leading up from the garden.
This charming villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room / sitting room area, a separate wc, one bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a beautiful garden with Mediterranean vegetation, and a garden terrace with a swimming pool. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, 2 balconies and a furnished large terrace with stunning sea views. 2 double beds size 180 x 190 cm , 1 double bed size 184 x 190 cm, and twin beds size 90 x 190 cm.
The ground floor and the first floor are connected with outdoor stairs.At your disposal is also an outdoorchildren's playground and a table tennis.
In the peaceful western part of Hvar town, 50 meters from the sea and small, pebble beaches, there is Hvar Villa Liza with a private garden and outdoor pool.
A pleasant 15-minute walk along the shore will bring you to Hvar town center. Contemporary Villa Liza in Croatia has been fitted out with the most attractive, modern furniture.
