This ground floor apartment is located on the ground floor in the small-scale Vista Maris apartment complex, at the head of Sint-Annaland. From the garden you have a beautiful view of the Oosterschelde where every now and then a sailing boat appears on the horizon and from the balcony you look out on the cozy harbor and the two beautiful old-fashioned typical Zeeland windmills of the picturesque Sint-Annaland. In this beautiful place you can breathe in the fresh sea air and relax while listening to the rustling of the wind, the movements of the sea and the sounds of the seagulls.

You reach the hall of the apartment via the stairs/elevator in the central hall and step into the bright, attractively furnished living space, divided into a living room and kitchen. The sitting area is comfortably furnished around the television. with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and accessories with nautical features

In the kitchen there is a large robust table with seating for 6 people. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped. With the presence of a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, you can conjure up the most delicious dishes in your own holiday home in no time at all. Enjoying a delicious cup of coffee or tea, indoors or in the garden or balcony, is certainly possible with the help of the Nespresso coffee machine and the kettle.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, each located on a different side of the apartment. This way you can choose which view you prefer to see as soon as you wake up.

The bedroom on the sea side, located next to the living room, is equipped with a double bed with two separate mattresses (160x200cm / 2 x 80x200cm), 2 bedside tables with lighting and a wardrobe. The windows are equipped with a blackout curtain, but you would almost leave it open because from your bed you look directly over the Oosterschelde, a unique experience! Both from this bedroom and the living room you have direct access to the north-facing garden with a view over the Oosterschelde.

The bedroom on the harbor side is located next to the kitchen and is equipped with a double bed with two separate mattresses (180x200cm / 2x 90x200cm), 2 bedside tables with lighting, a wardrobe and a television. From the bedroom and kitchen you step onto the balcony (17.4 m2) with complete garden furniture for 6 people and from where you look out over the harbor of Sint-Annaland. With a south-facing location, this balcony guarantees wonderful moments in the sun.

The bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower (with rain shower and separate shower head) and a sink with mirror and hair dryer. The toilet with fountain is located outside the bathroom.

For the little ones there is a (foldable) cot (60x120cm) and a high chair. There is a washing machine in the basement cupboard and there is a storage room with a socket in the basement of the apartment complex for storing bicycles, for example. One parking space is also included with the apartment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

With the Oosterschelde at your feet, you can truly enjoy a holiday in the Zeeland landscape. This unique location gives you a feeling of peace and freedom with the wide unobstructed view of the sea, but also has the most important facilities within easy reach because the beautiful village of Sint Annaland is within walking distance. With shops, a supermarket, sports facilities and restaurants, you don't have to travel far to be fully equipped. The area offers many endless activities for walkers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. Discover the special nature areas such as the Krabbenkreek, the Rammegors and the Slikken van de Heen.

- There is daily arrival, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during the holidays.
- You have to pay the bill in advance.
- Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. On departure day you have to leave the house at 9.30 am, after which you hand in the key at the location where you collected it.
- Babycots that may be present do not have bed linen. Please bring this yourself.
- In almost all cases, bed linen and towels are provided. In your booking you can see if this is the case.
- You must register overnight visitors and only after approval these visitors may spend the night. Of course against payment of bed linen and tourist tax.
- Pets are sometimes allowed, this is mentioned in the property info. Please get informed about this option. As the owner you are responsible for your dog. Do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
- Youth groups are not allowed.
- Business bookings on request.
