Accommodation
This apartment has triple exposure!
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it comprises:
- a quiet bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room facing south-west.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, raclette machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that there is a shutter on each window.
The apartment is close to all amenities.
All shops are less than 5 minutes' walk away (bakery, butcher's, cheese shop, supermarket, fishmonger's, greengrocer's, wine shop).
There are various restaurants in the vicinity. Here are my favorites:
- Enkore, Rue Letort (Burger and craft beers - terrace) ;
- La Timbale, Rue Versigny (classic brasserie - terrace);
- Le Co 18, Rue Esclangon (trendy bar in a former warehouse) ;
- Nonna Clelia, Rue Letort (very good Italian restaurant) ;
- Jimmy Deux fois, Rue Letort (pizzeria).
The area is also well served by public transport.

- Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral 20 minutes by metro;
- Louvre Museum 25 minutes by bus;

Location
The 18th arrondissement lies to the north of Paris and includes the Goutte d'Or and Montmartre districts. The latter is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is well worth the trip. The Sacré-Coeur church, Bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the district of many artists, including Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is thus highly contrasted, integrating ethnic islets with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many pleasant cafés and bars, giving the district a certain dynamism and respectability.
