Lovely and cozy villa with private pool and garden situated in a quiet residential area only 1km from the beautiful and quiet Aigua Xelida beach in Tamariu.
This property is ideal for enjoying family holidays on the Costa Brava!

Large living/dining room and a sheltered terrace, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bedroom with one double bed (135 x 190cm) and with exit onto terrace with view of the pool, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each 90 x 200cm, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower.
Pets not allowed.
Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
