The location of the accommodation is really top notch. The accommodation is equipped but not with a washing machine. The old side of the furniture is really a pity the decoration must be revised Otherwise the place is beautiful and the people of the agency are very nice.

Apparently very well located, close to the beach and the center of Port Leucate, so you can do everything on foot. The apartment itself is rather old-fashioned and minimalist, and I think that a bit of freshening up would be welcome (fill in the few age-related cracks with a lick of paint). A small plancha or mini electric barbecue is missing for many a barbecue vacation, and I personally missed it... The big plus point is the view of the Leucate pontoon and the sunrise! If the owner needs more information on the negative points to correct I am available to talk.

The apartment is ideally located, close to the sea and shops, and has its own parking space. I think the woodwork needs to be overhauled because the wind blows over the windows (in the bedroom) and 2 windows in the loggia don't lock. I don't know if the cleaning was done before we arrived, but we found white dog hair all over the apartment. We should also think about installing a washing machine in the apartment, which could prove useful...
