Vacation rental in Sète: Attractive 49m2 air-conditioned 3-room apartment on raised ground floor in luxury residence + 5.45 m2 loggia. 300 m from the beach and 300 m from shops in the new Villeroy district. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a closet, while the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (140cm below and 90cm above) and a closet. The living room features a sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. The bathroom (basin, bath) and WC are separate. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. Garage (H 1.90m X W 2.90 X L 5.60m) and electric gate (height 2m) n°2. Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (details on request).
