Bungalow in Los BalconesWelcome to our cozy bungalow in the Los Balcones area (Torrevieja), just 10 minutes from La Zenia Beach, and 8 minutes from Los Naúfragos Beach, with all services around. This bungalow welcomes you with a small terrace at the entrance, equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy an outdoor breakfast. Upon entering, we find a cozy living-dining room, with Wi-Fi, television, dining table, and an additional toilet on the ground floor. We continue to its spacious kitchen, which has another dining table and all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite dishes. We go up the stairs and find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, and window to the outside with good lighting. Then, we find the bathroom equipped with a shower and all the necessary accessories for your stay. We go up to the top floor and find the third bedroom, which has a large sofa bed and views of the pool from its window. There is also a small terrace where you can enjoy the sunny climate of Torrevieja. Additionally, thanks to its privileged location, you will be close to all services, such as restaurants, shops, public transport, and the Sky Bar of Doña Monse with spectacular views of the salt flats and Torrevieja, as well as pharmacies, etc. Just 10 minutes away by car, you will find the beautiful beaches of La Zenia, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea, and a wide variety of water activities. Not to mention the magnificent communal pool where you can take a dip after an unforgettable day. It is located just 34 minutes from Alicante Airport.
