Self-contained Studio gite with air conditioning on the ground floor of a villa with access to the garden and shared pool.

The studio is air-conditioned and comprises :
- A sleeping area with double bed (160x200) and storage space,
- A private bathroom with 1 Italian shower, 2 basins, 1 WC
- Kitchenette with sink, crockery and cutlery, small fridge, double electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, TV, small bar table and 2 high bistro chairs, Internet access via Wifi (Fiber).
- Outside, access to the terrace with garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs and access to the communal garden.
