We inform you that :
- a deposit, by credit card imprint will be requested upon your arrival

- the keys will be given to you on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and collected before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.

- the apartment is returned to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.

- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.), the sanction will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the deposit amount.
This compensation will be used for cleaning up the apartment.
