In a sought-after wooded area, fully-renovated maisonette in a residence close to the beach and shops of LA FAUTE SUR MER. Ground floor: entrance with cupboard, living room (sofa bed - TV) with fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob), shower room with toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. The rental benefits from a 16 m² terrace with awning and private parking space. Ideal for a pleasant vacation. Small pets accepted.
End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by tenants.
Additional services: end-of-stay cleaning (€70), rental of sheets and towels, baby equipment, and Wifi rental via 4g mini box: €40/week upon reservation.

La Faute sur Mer is the southernmost seaside resort in the Vendée. It is located in the Mer du Pertuis, opposite the Ile de Ré, close to the Bay of Aiguillon.
The beaches of La Faute sur Mer stretch for 8 km from La Tranche to the tip of Pointe d'Arçay. They are well sheltered and offer a wide range of water sports, including sand yachting. Four beaches are supervised. All are gently sloping, making them ideal for families with children. Some beaches are equipped for people with reduced mobility, but access from the parking lots is a little remote (access via tarmac paths and then sand).
