Well-situated and quiet, but aging accommodation with old, unhygienic plaster on top of the hob and a double sofa bed that squeaks a lot and feels like a toilet when you sleep and hurts your back the next day. The Vmc vents are also black with dirt. Not normal for the price paid for this rental.
