The accommodations
Adjacent to the Alpilles, you will stay in equipped apartments opening onto a garden or a terrace. Relaxation and leisure activities are on the agenda: heated indoor swimming pool (temporarily closed during the winter season), outdoor swimming pool from April onwards, sauna (with participation), mini-golf and children's playground.
At your disposal on the spot: laundry, bike rental and storage and outdoor parking.
Your rental: 2 rooms 4 persons terrace (approx. 30 to 34 m²)

Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay.
Deposit* to be paid on site: 300€ by credit card
Tourist tax to be paid on site (+18 years old): 1,65€/day/person
Eco participation in recycling to be paid on site: 0,20€/day/person
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula (1 week or more): arrival from 5 pm - Departure before 10 am
Escapade formula (short stay): arrival from 4 pm - Departure before 11 am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence (before 6 pm) which will indicate you the procedure to follow.

"In view of the exceptional situation we are experiencing due to the COVID-19 epidemic and taking into account the latest governmental measures, the Odalys Group is adapting to the sanitary measures recommended by the authorities in order to guarantee the safety and health of all its clients and employees and to reinforce the hygiene measures within its establishments. As such, the availability of some of our services on site is likely to be impacted. * An extra cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rate. Please note that all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the returned accommodation and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GTC will be likely to be invoiced through the deposit..

Bonjour logement mal conçu, avonsvmis table basse, pouf ds la chambre et table haute devant la canape, manque egouttoir à vaisselle,( avons pas utiliser machine à laver p economie energie). Daily tax amount does not appear in invoice and I paid in cash so I don't know the amount. Why have I not received an SMS to say that the deposit has not been used?
