Good welcome and we felt that everything was being done to make our lives easier: beds made on arrival at no extra charge, repair of dishwasher shelves for example. What you have to know is that there are no bedrooms but cabins with sliding doors so there is no noise barrier. No oven either (only a microwave oven which must be an oven but we couldn't get it to work). The parent's bed is 140 cm wide and the coffee maker has a filter (no espresso) and there is little soundproofing. We were on the ground floor and could hear perfectly well walking upstairs.

Only one downside, the foot bath in the pool was out of order, for hygiene not so good!!!!
