This property in a fantastic hillside location offers a fantastic view of the sea and surrounding mountain ranges.
With its architecture, the magnificent pool as well as the exuberant vegetation, this villa fits harmoniously into the Andalusian landscape. The unheated pool is available all year round. After sunbathing on the pool terrace you can spend sociable barbecue evenings. Due to the division into 2 independent levels, which are thus only accessible from the outside, the bright and modern furnished house is well suited for 2 large families or groups of friends. Each floor has a living room with fireplace and kitchen. They are each equipped with radio, CD and DVD player.
About 500 m below the house is a small bay, to which a footpath leads (unsuitable for small children). In 5 minutes by car you are at the beach Playa de Cabria. Bedroom 6 in the small separate building together with a separate toilet. Traffic noise from the nearby highway may be audible in one of the bedrooms.
