This vacation home in the heart of Istria is stylishly furnished and offers you every comfort. The indoor and outdoor areas are connected by a spacious terrace, where parents can have a wide view of everything that is happening around the pool. The pool area additionally includes an outdoor hot tub where you can spend even more relaxing time during the summer months. The interior is up to today's standards, and the special feature is certainly the underfloor heating and cooling system. Such cooling systems provide significantly better cooling of the interior, and so neither noise nor drafts are produced. To complete the stay, the house owners provide the guests with another plot of land below the vacation complex for common use with the guests of the vacation property CIL071. There are playground equipment for children. A soccer field for playing is also located only 150 m from the vacation home. This is certainly an advantage for a relatively large family or group of friends who would like to spend their vacation together. The house is located in a quiet area on the edge of the house's own forest and is the last house on the outskirts of the village. The location is perfect for running, hiking or walking the dog. Attractions, art and culture in the area, which are ideal destinations for day trips are the Roman Colosseum in Pula, the truffle town of Motovun, the beautiful town of Rovinj or for children certainly interesting, the Aqua Park in Pore?
