Near the town of Kastav, a beautiful, romantic and historical town on a hill above the Opatija Riviera, is this vacation apartment. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house. It is simply and functionally furnished. The entrance to the apartment is on the covered terrace, where you can enjoy warm summer evenings. Kastav is a town with a rich history, culture and tradition. The ruins of St. Mary's Church, popularly called Crekvina, stand in Kastav as a historical and cultural monument. In the vicinity of Kastav there are many opportunities for an active vacation. There are numerous hiking trails and promenades, then cycling trails and another interesting way to get acquainted with the beautiful natural and historical heritage of the Kastav region is horseback riding. They are also known for their gastronomy and in the local taverns you can taste ?jarbola?, a wine with a particular taste made from the local grape variety. The nearby U?ka Nature Park is an ideal place for relaxation and recreation. Lovers of active vacations can enjoy the exceptional nature here, adorned with many protected and rare species of flora and fauna. From the top of Vojak you can enjoy a phenomenal panoramic view of the Kvarner islands, Istria and Rijeka. You can enjoy various sports activities such as hiking, free climbing, mountain biking and free flight.
