The accommodation was not as described: grossly unkempt and dirty. The pool was cold and closed every other day, and the jacuzzis and a sauna were out of order. We will send you a complaint covering the 2 units rented.

Nice little village with amenities and entertainment for young and old... a negative point: the pool where no one makes control and unfortunately several incivilities resulting in quickly soiled changing rooms of people or children bathing all dressed with the clothes they wore without undressing and of course without shower ... The only operational jacuzzi squatted by a bunch of children, -16 years old for hours on end and without adult supervision... what can we say about all these untied hairs that we get back between the fingers and the mouth while trying to swim etc... otherwise nice resort with everything nearby... nice animations... I recommend

A pleasant stay, a perfect place for nature lovers and outdoor activities, the only drawback is perhaps the lack of local shops for those who need them, but there is the vital minimum and that's good enough. The outdoor activities such as hiking on the lakes in the mountains, the glaciers and the forests make this place a real haven of peace. The lady who welcomed us at the tourist office was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend it. PS take an orange chip at Bouygues if you want to keep in touch with your phone the children had a Free and NRJ mobile chip none of them worked otherwise it was perfect
