Lack of storage: both clothing and food. It is unfortunate because the space is there. We arrived in an accommodation of an unimaginable cleanliness (macaroni and carrots in the filter of the LV), 3 shovels of "nannies" under the beds, hair in the showers but especially a layer of dirt all around the furniture. The pictures were given to the organization on their request. He did not feel responsible because he had taken a cleaning company: we were 3 families in this case. The accommodation could not be cleaned because we had neither broom nor mop! I hold my photographs at your disposal

The accommodation didn't live up to the description: blatantly unkempt and dirty (broken footboard and BZ, broken base unit, out-of-order dishwasher left on the balcony, worn bedding, stains on walls and bedding). The swimming pool was cold and closed every other day, and the jacuzzis and one sauna were out of order. We will be sending you a complaint about the 2 rental units.

The entire residence is dilapidated and in need of renovation. Examples include the entrance stairs, corridors and bathroom. The 160cm mattress in our room was not suitable, resting on 2 90cm box springs and touching the radiator! fortunately it was summer and we didn't need to turn it on. To avoid a fire, it would be better to check the radiators!
