Located outside the city, in the middle of an immense green setting and on an 18-hole golf course, the Residence "Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" in Eauze d'Armagnac (pronounced "éoz") in the Gers is a rare product made up of 72 individual houses for 6 or 8 people, each with its own private swimming pool (open according to the period), as well as about thirty 2-room and 3-room apartments. Heated collective outdoor swimming pool and children's pool open according to the season. On site, you will also find many facilities : petanque ground, table tennis, mountain bike rental, loan of board games... 5 km from the shops.
The residence "Les Maisons du Golf d'Armagnac" has obtained the Green Key label, the first international ecolabel for tourist accommodation. Many actions are carried out by the residence within the framework of an ecological approach aiming at preserving and developing the environment.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION:
2 rooms 4 persons, 30 m² approximately :
Living room with pull-out beds (2 beds), bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, WC mostly separate. PMR accommodation on request and with confirmation from the residence.
All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, extractor hood,
2 or 4 ceramic hobs, microwave or combi microwave oven). For the apartments: terrace on the first floor or balcony on the first floor. TV included.
*The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old (Decree N° 95.949 of 25/08/1995).
THE STATION
Discover Eauze, a small town located in the heart of Gascony in the Gers department. Founded in the 1st century and formerly named "Elusa", it became the capital of Novempopulania in the 3rd century, which makes Eauze an ancient Gallo-Roman archaeological city. Today, it is known as the capital of Armagnac, since it is located in the heart of the most famous region producing this famous and ancestral eau-de-vie, which is the oldest eau-de-vie in France. It is also a place of passage of the pilgrimage of St-Jacques-de-Compostelle.
Eauze is a city of traditions and a rich historical past, as shown by its superb architectural heritage. In its monuments and buildings, with notably its half-timbered houses, one can see the presence of all periods since prehistory, its territory having known an early occupation. The Covid spoiled the party a bit but it is a nice establishment that lives up to its reputation. We can have lunch at the golf club house which offers simple but good food... The staff is very attentive, very welcoming and responsive to your requests. It's a pity that a few details (poorly maintained golf practice, even closed at 6:30 pm in the middle of August because the managers suddenly decided to do so, small improvements should be made in the accommodation...) ) affect the good impression of the stay... but overall I would absolutely recommend this establishment even if it is "far" from everything on foot but to relax it's TOP.
