Nice studio within a small family residence ideally located less than 50 meters from the beach and the center of La Pineda.
The rental is functional to accommodate a couple or a family of 2 adults and 2 children.
The studio has a modern bathroom with shower, then there is the equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, toaster, etc.) with a breakfast bar that opens to the living room where there is a pull-down double bed, a folding bunk with its two single beds, ceiling fan, sofa, television and large windows to access the pleasant covered and furnished terrace for your outdoor meals.
To complete the comfort the accommodation includes air conditioning and a private parking space.
The studio is located on the third floor with elevator in a quiet family residence located about 50 meters from the long and beautiful beach of La Pineda with lifeguards and equipped with showers, playgrounds, beach bars, etc. Nearby is also the center of La Pineda with all kinds of shops, services and leisure activities such as the Aquopolis water park, which is a 5 minutes by walking. Very close to the residence there is a bus stop to go to the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park and even visit the cities of Salou, Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona and Barcelona.
Ideal rental for small families who want to enjoy the proximity of the sea.

La Pineda is a very beautiful coastal city that is part of the Costa Dorada area, it is located 100 km south of Barcelona, 8 km from Tarragona whose Tarraco archaeological site in front of the beach, is considered an Heritage of the Humanity by Unesco. 10 km away are the cities of Reus, known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets; and Cambrils with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club. Salou is 5 km away with its PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, one of the largest in Europe.
La Pineda stretches along a large sandy beach, crystal clear waters and a slight slope ideal for children to play by the sea. This city also has a pleasant pedestrian and cyclist promenade with palm trees and tall pines, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors and pretty fountains.
The coastal city promotes family tourism by offering activities for all ages such as the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show and a modern Aquum spa and thalassotherapy center.
From La Pineda you can easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and familiar area known for its natural landscapes and coves with crystal clear waters. Salou is a coastal city that offers all kinds of leisure activities for adults and children, including the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park, its characteristic golden sand, its international culture and its festive atmosphere make Salou one of the most fashionable places on the Costa Dorada and in Spain.
