Mediterranean style villa composed by 2 floors with a large garden inside a little holidays residence with swimming pool and green zones
Both bedrooms stand on the 1st floor like the bathroom and an extra sleeping for 1 person in the corridor. On the ground-floor, stand the living room communicated to a little porch-terrace, an independent kitchen with a serving-hatch and toilets . Sunny villa opened in a beautiful garden which communicates directly with community swimming pool. Well equipped and comfortable, this renting will guarantee a nice stay: complete home appliance, optional WiFi , flat screen TV, furnished terrace, fans, barbecue, security grid,... The front part of the terrace can be used to park one or more cars even if it is easy to park on the street , in front of the villa.
This villa is perfect for families to enjoy holidays in a quiet place. It stands in the Casalot residential in the middle of preserved natural landscape, at 3,5 Km from the Miami Playa beaches and inviting to walk or ride bicycle. At a few meters , you will find a little supermarkets and a small football field.
