Nice air conditioned villa with a beautiful private garden, in a pretty family residence with community swimming pools and green zone, a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches over Miami Playa.
This house, spread over two levels, is very cute and well maintained.
Functional, it counts on the first floor with a complete bathroom with bathtub, bidet and toilets, and a spacious bedroom with double bed, a big storage closet as well as wide French doors opening up the room to a pretty private terrace, fitted out with deck furniture, a wooden arbour and from where you have a pretty view onto the residence's garden and swimming pools.
On the ground floor there is a second bedroom, for 3 people, with a single bed in mezzanine, a double sofa-bed and a storage closet, as well as a comfortable living room with a dining area and a sofa-bed with extra single bed facing the television.
A folding door opens up the sitting room and dining area to the equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, washing-machine, a big fridge-freezer and a microwave, a large work surface and much storage.
French doors in the living room allow direct way out to the pretty covered terrace, comfortably furnished with a wooden arbour, a stone barbecue, table, chairs, armchairs and, from the private garden with beautiful plants, there is a direct and secure access, using a little gate which can be locked, to the residence's community area and swimming pools with children area.
Well equipped for a comfortable stay, this villa includes the air conditioning (a device has been installed up the stairway to keep the whole house fresh), the unlimited Wifi Internet connection, as well as the linen (sheets and shower towels) and a parking spot.
It is, however, not necessary to always park on the reserved spot given there are, all around the residence, free parking areas made available for holiday makers.
It stands in a pleasant little family residence where only 20 houses share the community garden and swimming pools, with adults' pool, children's area, Roman stairs to walk in, outdoor showers, etc ...
This is a privileged environment, quiet and friendly, ideal to have a good time with your family, have fun with your kids and relax by the swimming pool.
This residence stands only 3,5 kms from Miami Playa's main creeks such as for example the famous Cala dels Vienesos, Cala de les Sirenes or Cala del Solitari and 4 kms from the long Playa Cristal with its fitted out maritime promenade, little bars, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, etc …
Only 3 kms from the house stands the centre of the seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities (stores, supermarkets, newspapers, chemist, restaurants, bars, etc …) and many different activities (games rooms, playgrounds, etc …)
The access to the centre just like to the beaches is quick by car and it is very easy to park due to the many free parking spots let at your disposal.
The more animated centres of Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda are only about 10 – 15 minutes from there and will grant all your family to enjoy their many restaurants with typical gastronomy of the region, ice-cream makers, shops and activities of all kinds such as for instance sailing excursions available in Salou's and Cambrils' port, the theme and water parks of Port Aventura, Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe and Aquopolis in Salou and La Pineda, thalassotherapy and Spa centre such as the Aquum in La Pineda, etc … and the cities of Reus and Tarragona, with rich cultural patrimony.

Miami Playa is a little family seaside resort in Costa Dorada which extends all along 10 incredible creeks and 2 large fine sand beaches, with all kinds of facilities (tourist activities, bars, restaurants, supermarkets …); it is famous for its preserved natural frame with a seafront lined with high maritime pine trees.
Miami Playa is a quiet place to have good holidays, offers pretty beaches which are not so busy as the ones of the closeby resorts and grants with peaceful summer nights.
The main beaches and creeks are surveyed and fitted out with showers, little bars – restaurants in the sand and water sports areas (pedalos, banana, donut, etc …).
The seaside resort also counts with a prettypedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) with restaurants, chill-out bars and children playgrounds, which goes all along a big surveyed sand beach called Playa Cristal and leads to the resort of Hospitalet del Infant with its sailing port and many restaurants.
In the centre, you'll find supermarkets, catering stores, restaurants, bars, chemists, as well as many stores.
Miami Playa is also surrounded by pretty housing schemes with beautiful holiday residences such as “El Casalot” standing Northwards, in a wooded environment, close to the mountains and to the famous Bonmont Golf Course , “Pino Alto” which leads to the beautiful Playa Cristal, or even “Massos d'en Blade”, residential area at the entrance of Miami Playa with vast green zones and an easy access to savage and virgin beautiful beaches.
Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
