Charming semi-detached house with private terrace located in a small and quiet family residence with community pool and green spaces, close to the beautiful beaches and coves of Miami Playa.
Comfortable and functional rental to accommodate up to 7 people.
The house is distribuited over two floors with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private furnished terrace.
On the first floor there are two communicating bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large wardrobe and an air conditioning device, and next to it a bathroom with a large shower.
On the ground floor there is the third triple bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a television, the equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, etc.) that opens onto the living room with its dining room set, sofa bed, television, a small sound system and a third air conditioning device.
From the large windows in the living room you can access the paved garden that is protected by large hedges to preserve your privacy. The terrace is furnished to create a pleasant outdoor dining area with a table, benches, chairs, an umbrella and a built-in barbecue.
In one corner of the terrace a house has been built with the second bathroom with shower and where the washing machine is located.
At the end of the terrace is the door to directly access the community pool and inside the property there is a space to park a car.
As optional services to be requested in advance are Wi-Fi for € 40 / week, air conditioning for € 40 / week, linen for € 12/person and the possibility of a cot.
The house is located in a residence of only 15 houses, with a beautiful communal area with grass, trees, a beautiful pool and an outdoor shower.
The house is located in the quiet residential area of El Casalot, in the wooded heights of Miami Playa with a small supermarket-bar-restaurant Papaya. About 3 km away is the tourist center of Miami Playa and its coves and fine sand beaches (Cala dels Vienesos, Playa Penyals, Cala de les Sirenes or Cala del Solitari; and about 4 km from the long Playa Cristal) with all its amenities, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities for children and adults. To park on the beaches is free.
The most touristic cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis amusement parks, are easily accessible by car and by bus.
Bedding and towels are not included.
Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.

Its beautiful beaches are not as crowded as the beaches in neighboring cities and it guarantees quiet summer nights.
It has a beautiful pedestrian and cyclist promenade that leads to the coastal town of L’Hospitalet de l'Infant.
Miami Playa is also surrounded by beautiful urbanizations with beautiful houses like El Casalot located to the north in a wooded setting, close to the mountains and the famous Bonmont golf course, the Pino Alto urbanization overlooking the beautiful Playa Cristal” or “Masos d'en Blade residential area at the entrance of Miami Playa with large green spaces and access to beautiful and wild beaches.
Located 120 km south of Barcelona, 20 km from Salou and the famous PortAventura-Ferrari Land theme park, 15 km from Cambrils, and 15 km from the small fishing port of L'Ametlla del Mar and the wild coves of Las Tres Coves with crystalline waters, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
