Air conditioned villa in a very pleasant family residence with community big swimming pools and gardens, as well as a quick access to the beautiful creeks and beaches in Miami Playa.
This is a two-storey villa, spacious and well laid out, very functional.
It counts with 3 bedrroms, two of them double on the first floor where you'll find the complete bathroom with bathtub, and a single one on the ground floor where stand the independent toilets, open-plan kitchen and the pretty living room with a dining area and relax zone.
In the main bedroom, on the first floor, there is a wide picture window (guardrails) with direct access to a pretty little terrace with view onto the villa's garden, onto the residence's community area and onto the surrounding mountains.
In the living room, on the ground floor, a picture window leads out to the pretty furnished terrace with a table, chairs, sun blind and a stone barbecue, perfect for your family meals, and which allows direct yet private and secure access to the residence's community area, with a little gate.
This villa is comfortable and very well equipped with, in the kitchen, a dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, etc..., a washing machine in the ground floor toilets, a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, etc... , it includes the air conditioning with a first device in the living room and a second one up the stairs leading to the first floor bedrooms, as well as the linen (sheets and shower towels) and a parking spot.
It is part of a beautiful family residence with a huge green zone and two community swimming pools with outdoor showers, to be shared between more or less thirty houses.
Cute little alleys, fitted out all around the community garden, allow access to the houses and high hedges grant the swimming pool with a certain intimacy.
Very well located, in a quiet and natural environment over Miami Playa's hills, this residence stands about 4 kms from Miami Playa's beautiful beaches and creeks, with fine sand and crystal water, just as from the the centre of the seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities and services: shops, supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, bars, games rooms, bus stops, water sports on the beach front, etc...

Miami Playa is a family seaside resort in Costa Dorada, with all kinds of facilities (touristic activities, restaurants, shops, supermarkets ...), famous for its preserved nature with its beautiful fine sand creeks and beaches.

In Miami Playa, there are a lot of beautiful neighbourhoods like “El Casalot” with nice holiday residentials, Northwards, in a wooded area close to the famous Golf of Bonmont or, at the entrance of Miami Playa, the area of “Massos d'en Bladé” with its access to wilder large beaches.
Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.

Very good location, we were 5 including two teenagers, and two small yorkshires. The convertible sofa was used on the ground floor, which was perfectly comfortable in the bed version. For future happy tenants, this rental is perfect. Be careful not to leave food lying around, the local ants will take care of it and you will be surprised by their number! Otherwise, also be careful with the gate, which was too narrow for our Opel Vivaro.
