Nice adjoining villa with a large sunny terrace situated in a little family residential with community swimming pool . Functional and sunny renting it is composed by 1
double bedroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine bedroom with 3 single beds on the first floor, the living room with double sofa-bed, the kitchen opened on the living room and a large hall where you can iron. Full equipped with Wifi option and private park spot in the residential.
The nice furnished and secured terrace makes you enjoy a private place in the summer for meals or rest time, there is also a second terrace an the first floor.
This villa stands in a little residential of adjoined villas with , in the centre, a beautiful swimming pool. It is a family residential where children can enjoy safely the gardens . The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxing, in the middle of a preserved natural landscape with few traffic and propitious for walk and bike. In front of the residential you will find a nice park and at a few meters stands a little supermarket and a bus stop which bring you to the beach or to the centre of Miami Playa. At +/- 1 Km stands the golf of Bonmont with its gastronomic restaurant and sports facilities.
