Nice apartment with terrace in a pleasant family residence with swimming pools, ideally located close to La Pineda’s beach and the center.
Bright and functional rental to accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an air conditioning unit, opposite is the full bathroom with a bathtub. At the entrance of the house are the renovated and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, washing machine etc.) and open to the living-dining room furnished with a dining room set, sofa bed, television and some large windows that allow access the covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers with beautiful views of the residence's swimming pools and to the side the view of the Aquopolis water park and further the PortAventura amusement park.
For greater comfort, the accommodation has fans, Wi-Fi, satellite with international channels, bedding (sheets and shower towels). As an optional service to book in advance are air conditioning at € 30 / week and private parking at € 50 / week.
Located on the fifth floor with elevator inside a family residence whose communal area offers two swimming pools (adults and children), outdoor showers, benches to rest, walkways and well-kept gardens. Swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.
The residence is in a quiet area right at the entrance of La Pineda, just 300 meters from its large sandy beach equipped with lifeguards, showers, beach bars, sun loungers, water activities, etc. The center of the coastal city is very close and you can find all kinds of services, shops, restaurants, playgrounds, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, public transport, etc. For entertainment and relaxation a few meters away are the Aquum Spa and the Aquopolis water park.
A few minutes by car or bus is the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park and the tourist center of Salou.
Turquesa 4 and Turquesa 2 are ideal accommodations for a relaxing holiday in a quiet residence with a swimming pool and very close to the center and the beach.
Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.

La Pineda is a very beautiful coastal city that is part of the Costa Dorada area, it is located 100 km south of Barcelona, 8 km from Tarragona whose Tarraco archaeological site in front of the beach, is considered an Heritage of the Humanity by Unesco. 10 km away are the cities of Reus, known for its Gaudí museum, its architecture and numerous shopping streets; and Cambrils with its beautiful fishing port and yacht club. Salou is 5 km away with its PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, one of the largest in Europe.
La Pineda stretches along a large sandy beach, crystal clear waters and a slight slope ideal for children to play by the sea. This city also has a pleasant pedestrian and cyclist promenade with palm trees and tall pines, playgrounds, shops, restaurants, beach bars, ice cream parlors and pretty fountains.
The coastal city promotes family tourism by offering activities for all ages such as the Aquopolis water park with its dolphin show and a modern Aquum spa and thalassotherapy center.
From La Pineda you can easily reach Cap Salou, a quiet and familiar area known for its natural landscapes and coves with crystal clear waters. Salou is a coastal city that offers all kinds of leisure activities for adults and children, including the famous PortAventura - Ferrari Land amusement park, its characteristic golden sand, its international culture and its festive atmosphere make Salou one of the most fashionable places on the Costa Dorada and in Spain.
