Property for exclusive use
Magnificent 550 m2 detached villa consisting of a main house and an outbuilding, 30 meters apart, which can accommodate up to 12 people, with their 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The accommodation features a swimming pool, as well as external areas for exclusive use, Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning: it's the ideal solution for small groups of friends or blended families who want to spend their vacations in company without giving up their own privacy.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
The external spaces are characterized by a large lawn garden with stone walls, hedges and flowering bushes. On one side of the meadow is a beautiful, irregularly shaped swimming pool with a hydro-massage area, with a depth varying from 0.50 to 1.4 meters. A beautiful wooden floor surrounds the pool, which is equipped with sunbeds and an external shower. On the opposite side of the pool there's an arbour with table and chairs for alfresco breakfasts, and nearby a small building with wood-burning oven and rustic barbecue for those who want to turn into a pizzaiolo. From all sides there are beautiful views over the vineyards and olive groves. Parking for several cars on the property.
Interiors
Villa Belvedere has recently been carefully restructured, combining the old structure of the Tuscan country house with new materials and light colors. Even the bathrooms, each different from the next, combine comfort with the originality of certain choices. The main house is distributed over two levels. On the first floor, there's a living room with fireplace, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a table for 12, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower for people with reduced mobility, and a bathroom without shower or bathtub.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find the sleeping area, characterized by a beautiful natural wood floor, and composed of 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with bathtub, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and access also via the old external staircase.
The outbuilding is a particular structure, vast and very bright, characterized by large windows without curtains, allowing you to live inside as if you were in the garden. The first floor features a living room with fireplace and dining area. Down 5 steps is the fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The second floor is a gallery overlooking the living room, with a large room in the middle housing the bed and bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub with underwater lighting; the bathroom is separated by a half-wall. The windows are typical of old barns, allowing light to enter without being seen from the outside and without being able to look out. It is ideal for those who like to be awakened by sunlight.
Location
This beautiful villa is set on a hill in the Chianti region and is part of a large farm producing excellent, renowned wines. Surrounding it are olive groves and vineyards with beautiful views. The position is isolated from the main part of the farmhouse, allowing you to enjoy all the beauty that surrounds it.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 1/4 to 30/10. Pets are allowed on payment of 100 Euro/pet. Access to the property is via a 1.5 km dirt road accessible by any type of car.
Activities and distances
The villa is located between Florence and Siena, making it extremely easy to reach the various Tuscan towns. The Florence-Siena expressway is just a few kilometers away, and from here you can reach Florence in 30 minutes and Siena in just under that. Even for those already familiar with Tuscany, it's almost a must to spend an evening in Piazza Signoria in Florence, or Piazza del Campo in Siena. For lovers of minor centers, there's San Gimignano, nicknamed the Manhattan of the Middle Ages because of its towers. An interesting excursion is the leisurely route of the Route Chiantigiana, which links various smaller centers such as Radda and Castellina in Chianti, offering splendid panoramic views over hills rich in forests and vineyards. For golf enthusiasts, just outside Florence you'll find the Ugolino Golf Club, the Mugello Golf Club and the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club.
