Villa with air conditioning in a pleasant family residence with big community swimming pool and garden as well as easy access to Miami Playa's beautiful beaches.
This house, spread out on two levels, is especially functional.
On the first floor you'll find a complete bathroom with bathtub, and two beautiful double bedrooms. The first one has bunk beds, a pullout bed and much storage space, and the second one a large double bed, much storage space (closet and chest of drawers) as well as a wide picture window allowing direct access to a pretty private terrace with view onto the house's garden and, just before it, the community green zone and swimming pool of the residence.
On the ground floor, there are additional independent toilets, for more practicity, as well as a beautiful open-plan kitchen, modern and well equipped, opened to the bright living room with dining area and relax zone (sofa-bed and TV).
In the living room, there is a large picture window for you to get out to the nice covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for your meals, and which leads to the private garden, completely fitted out with lawn, 2 sun beds, a stone barbecue, and a little gate providing you with direct yet secure access to the residence's community area.
This villa, well maintained and completely equipped, makes available to you complete quality household appliances with a dishwasher, big fridge, etc..., three TV screens (living room + bedrooms), a music device, a DVD reader, outdoor furnishing, many storage closets, etc...
A private parking spot is included and you can, if you wish, benefit from different optional services: the air conditioning (one device in the living room + one in the corridor to the bedrooms), the Internet connection as well as the linen (sheets and shower towels).
It is part of a beautiful family residence with a huge green zone and two community swimming pools with outdoor showers, to be shared between more or less thirty houses.
Cute little alleys, fitted out all around the community garden, allow access to the houses and high hedges grant the swimming pool with a certain intimacy.

Miami Playa is a family seaside resort in Costa Dorada, with all kinds of facilities (touristic activities, restaurants, shops, supermarkets ...), famous for its preserved nature with its beautiful fine sand creeks and beaches.

Very good location, we were 5 including two teenagers, and two small yorkshires. The convertible sofa was used on the ground floor, which was perfectly comfortable in the bed version. For future happy tenants, this rental is perfect. Be careful not to leave food lying around, the local ants will take care of it and you will be surprised by their number! Otherwise, also be careful with the gate, which was too narrow for our Opel Vivaro.
