Welcoming, recently restored apartment overlooking the main square of Pergine Valdarno, a small town originated around the year 1050. This apartment, dating back to the 15th century, has been carefully renovated with its original architectural features preserved, the walls are in stone and the floors are in traditional hand-made terracotta tiles. The interiors are nicely furnished in a rustic style. A nice hot tub for 4 people is available in the living area.
The town of Pergine with shops of all kinds and all main services in only a few steps away (a public swimming-pool is 6 km away).
Distances: Pergine Valdarno a few steps away, Montevarchi with railway station (daily connections to Florence and Rome) 15 km, Arezzo 20 km, Siena 45 km away, Florence 55 km.
At guests' disposal: hot tub in the living area (suitable for 4 people).
