This beautiful vacation home is located about fifty meters from the sea and is in a prime location, as it is surrounded by a few smaller houses. It is ideal for those who want to spend their vacations near the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and a small harbor with a few boats. While on the front of the house there is a small harbor, on the other side there is a wooded area. A campsite with a small restaurant and a supermarket, open only in summer, is about 500 meters away. The famous excursion area Skita?a with its mountain hut and breathtaking view of the Kvarner area and its islands is about 20 minutes away by car. Visit the nearby old town of Labin and explore its rich history and cultural heritage.
