Very disappointing stay! The water in the pools remained cold throughout our stay! We were told there was a technical problem and that it would be repaired as soon as possible. To no avail! We found no pleasure in swimming. There were draughts between the two pools, and the children shivered and cyanosed. We had to queue to get into the hammam! A 3-day spa holiday without the expected "wellness" factor. We'd hoped for a discount on a future stay, but nothing, and instead we were charged extra for a small water glass broken in the accommodation. We left with a cold and very disappointed! A stay not worth the price paid!
