Property for exclusive use
Large villa of approx. 350 m2, the result of the restructuring of an old country house, whose antique rural features have been preserved by the owners. The stone walls retain the warm amber color reminiscent of Siena. The central position on the hills overlooking the Arno valley makes it easy to get around for sightseeing excursions to Siena, Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. The vast property is fully fenced and includes large areas planted with trees and meadows, ideal for children to play in. A large table under a wisteria pergola makes for a pleasant outdoor breakfast. A few meters from the house, in a rather secluded position, is the heated swimming pool with heat pump (6x12, 1.5 m deep, water temperature depends on outside temperature), open from May 1 to September 30, and a Jacuzzi hydro-massage pool for 4 people, also heated. The villa has a home cinema room with 4k screen (Disney Channel, Prime, Netflix, connection for PlayStation and your own laptop, connection cable not included). Possibility of requesting the services of the owners as expert cooks in Tuscan cuisine, as well as domestic help at hours. Breakfast service available. If you wish to organize a party, you can request the services of a local singer. Linen change and cleaning during the week to be requested at time of booking. Comfortable furnishings with antique Tuscan art and furniture. Internet wi-fi included in the price. Parking available. Central heating.
ATTENTION: pets allowed only if well-behaved. Possibility, on request and against payment, of adding an adjoining bedroom with two single beds on the first floor (suitable for children only).
ACCOMMODATION: Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with fireplace (satellite TV), kitchen with fireplace/barbecue (freezer, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and American-style coffee maker), 1 double bedroom with direct exit to outside and bathroom with shower (perfect for disabled guests), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1°Et.: small living room with access also via a characteristic external staircase with covered terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry/ironing room (washing machine, iron and ironing board). Air conditioning in the small living room and in the hallway in front of two bedrooms (1st floor), and in 4 bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 2 on the 1st floor).
