Tenants wished: families with o without children
Very cute villa with nice private garden in a pleasant family residence with green zone, community swimming pool and children playground.
This villa, spread out on two levels, is bright, very well maintained and especially comfortable.
On the first floor stand the two double bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a big closet, and the second one with a double bed and children furnishing, as well as a complete bathroom with a tub.
The stairs allowing way down to the ground floor are equipped with a protection for the youngest ones and there is, from the main bedroom, direct access to a pleasant little terrace with view onto the residence's swimming pool and children playground.
On the ground floor, you'll find an additional independent toilet, very practical, an independent modern and entirely equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, etc... and a beautiful living room with dining area, corner sofa and a direct access, thanks to a wide picture window, to the pretty covered furnished terrace with a table and chairs, a barbecue area, and to the villa's private garden with lawn and storage hut.
From the garden, you have a direct yet private and secure access, thanks to a little gate, to the community area, swimming pool and children playground.

Ideally located in a quiet and family residential area, it stands about 4 kms from the beautiful beaches and creeks in Miami Playa such as, for instance, “Cala dels Vienesos” or “Cala de les Sirenes” where you'll enjoy fine sand and crystal water, easily accessible by car and where you'll have no hard time getting parked.
Only 3,5 kms from the house stands the seaside resort of Miami Playa's tourist centre, where you'll find all kinds of facilities and services: restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, etc...
This villa turns out to be perfect for a little family in the search for relax and willing to combine swimming pool with beach, rest with activities.

Miami Playa is a family seaside resort in Costa Dorada, with all kinds of facilities (touristic activities, restaurants, shops, supermarkets ...), famous for its preserved nature with its beautiful fine sand creeks and beaches.
There also is a beautiful maritime promenade lined with restaurants, chill out bars, children playgrounds going all along the large sand surveyed beach called Playa Cristal.
In Miami Playa, there are a lot of beautiful neighbourhoods like “El Casalot” with nice holiday residentials, Northwards, in a wooded area close to the famous Golf of Bonmont or, at the entrance of Miami Playa, the area of “Massos d'en Bladé” with its access to wilder large beaches.
Standing 120 Kms South from Barcelona, 15 minutes from Cambrils, 20 minutes from Salou and its famous Port Aventura theme park and 15 Kms from the little fishing port of Ametlla de Mar and its wild transparent waters creeks of Tres Calas, it is an ideal destination for family tourism.
