Holiday Apartment for 6 people (+ 1 person on requeset and for a fee) with common swimingpool, in Larciano, Tuscany.
The Villa is a typical stone Tuscan country house, divided in three cosy apartments, each of them furnished with ancient Tuscan furniture in the tradition of elegant Tuscan farmhouses. It is set on a low hill covered with olive-trees and cypresses and overlooking a beautiful countryside.
Location:
This apartment is in a strategic position, in the heart of Tuscany, in Larciano near Montecatini and Pistoia. The property is located within a kilometer of the nearest town and 6km to markets and shops.
Indoors:
Querci is a 105m2 apartment which will offer you a stylish and relaxing retreat. It has a beautiful stone façade facing southwest and a large stone-paved yard in front of it and a beautiful stone gazebo set in the garden. On the ground floor you will find the hall, the kitchen and the living-room.
The kitchen, fully equipped for the preparation of home-made meals is a large room with a big Tuscan fireplace and a beamed ceiling, while the living room is a separate room rather large with a double-bed sofa and a large dining table.
On the first floor is a bathroom with bathtub, and 2 large bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the second with two single beds.
Outdoors:
There is a communal swimming pool that is set in a beautiful position and is provided with umbrellas and deckchairs.
Also, the whole villa is surrounded by about 20.000m2 of land, partly set as a park, offering a wonderful variety of plants and many Mediterranean bushes.

The fifth person is with an extra fee.
