Stunning luxury villa near Draguignan for up to 20 people with a private swimming pool on a large estate.
Carrera is an extraordinary 650 m2 property set on a 17 hectares estate, renovated from an 1813 property. Each room and every detail has been designed with maximum comfort, modernism, esthetics and privacy in mind. Large families and groups will be able to enjoy both the outdoors and indoors, due to a large number of communal rooms and sports equipment, as well as sunbathing by the beautiful swimming pool, without troubling neighbours.
Location:
The villa is situated 6km from Draguignan, a Provencal city that offers all necessities and shops. Numerous interesting villages and towns are within a short driving distance, consequently the cultural and gastronomical heritage of Provence only awaits to be indulged in.
Interior:
The stunning villa is arranged on 3 levels; all rooms are air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the entire house. Most rooms have beamed ceilings and warm colours that create a welcoming atmosphere. All bedrooms are equipped with twin beds and have their own en-suite bathroom.
The garden level (accessible by the pool) consists of a 65 m2 fully-equipped kitchen opening through large French windows onto a 90 m2 partially covered terrace, equipped with a dining table for 20 people. This level also offers a 70 m2 indoor dining room.
The main floor (front access) consists of a 65 m2 double living room provided with entertainment features and a fireplace, another fully-equipped kitchen and an office room with phone. There are also 3 bedrooms, 2 facing south and 1 facing north which is designed especially for disabled persons and with access to the north terrace. The indoor staircase leads to the last upper level, which consists of 7 bedrooms: 3 facing north, 3 facing south and 1 facing west.
Exterior:
There are 2 terraces, one south of the house on a level with the kitchen and partially covered, and one north of the house shaded by plane trees. The water in the swimming pool is heated by solar panels. The pool is equipped with an infrared alarm system to ensure the safety of children, and electronic bracelets are available for toddlers (on request). The pool water is appropriately salted to prevent irritaion of one's eyes and that skin does not dry out. The surrounding garden offers a lush lawn where all will enjoy relaxing after a day exploring the surroundings.
The estate offers various sport fields: football, table tennis, badminton, a petanque court and a two-hole 90-meter golf course. There is also a landing area for helicopters.
