This private, ground floor vacation home is located in the residential area of L`Hospitalet del Infant, has 3 bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is integrated into the master bedroom suite. The kitchen is fully equipped. The open living room gives access to the porch where there is a table where you can eat outside. It also has another area where you can barbecue with family and friends. The house offers you a private swimming pool, a garden with natural grass and coconut trees that give it a pleasant atmosphere when you relax on the comfortable sun loungers.

Once you arrive at the rental, you are asked to pay an advance for water and electricity and the rest on the day of departure. In cash (you pay water and electricity in addition to your rent). The rooms of the villa very dark and moreover year 1980. To know that if you come to 6, there are only 4 armchairs, not all in good condition. Mosquito nets torn or maintained by clothes pegs. We were forced to call for the pool to be cleaned (murky water and dirty edge). Oh yes, if you can't stand barking dogs, I don't recommend this villa. A neighborhood full of dogs. (Barking day and night). Unbearable.
