At about 900 m from a magnificent fine sandy beach in the heart of a closed 2 ha pine forest, the Hameau de l'Océan welcomes you for your holidays. Rest, calm and relaxation are the assets of this property where the 42 apartments on one level, all comfort, with independent terrace, welcome your family. The apartments offer you first-class facilities.
The village le Hameau de l'Océan, located between Saint Jean de Monts and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, is about 900 metres from the Atlantic coast where immense beaches of fine sand, numerous cycle paths, golf courses and casinos await you. The residence is quiet, close to the national forest and the beaches of Saint Hilaire de Riez.
Come and enjoy with your family the covered swimming pool heated to 28° (open from March 25 to October 8, 2016), the sauna, the weight room, the tennis court, the mini-golf and entertainment (school holidays in April and July/August), basketball, volleyball, tennis, sauna, weight room, ping-pong, petanque, board games, children's games, pool, bike rental and mini-golf excursion.
For the safety of all, here no car in the village, you are in the middle of nature and your children have fun in complete freedom.

2km from the beach, 4 from the shops! Not what is advertised! Very small adult bedroom, bed 140, against the wall on one side. Clean but not warm. South-facing, with no suitable shade apart from a small parasol. Very dated vacation village. Very average atmosphere; not professional enough in entertainment management. Multi-skilled entertainers, not professionals at everything! Lack of organization, especially for the evening meal. Friendly managers, but nothing more. Pleasant surroundings, but the pool is also very dated. The small terrace area is nice, as is the playground equipment. The fresh croissant service was disappointing: from the day before, no doubt. Aqua-sophro activity, chargeable but enjoyable.
