Only 1 person to hand over the keys on Saturday, plus 1 hour wait. Apartment not cleaned, made complaint to locasum. Apartment to renovate, dirty carpet in the rooms, no light fixtures, except kitchen and hallway, in the other rooms only bedside lamps. Damaged tiles in the kitchen.
