No awning on the terrace. old bathroom equipment (bidet?) bathtub and close an Italian shower would be welcome. broken and scratched tile to change, drain of the sink does not work. Lighting above the hobs without globe, visible bulb, tile joint to be cleaned more ready, so the price is not justified, we had better in this building for a similar price?
