Exit to the garden, to the loggia. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (length 200 cm). 1 room with 3 beds (length 200 cm). Bath/WC, shower/WC. 2 terraces, porch. Barbecue. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. 1 pet/ dog allowed. It is possible to book the villa for ten people and the bedroom with three beds is closed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
