Bad start, the agency reversed the sets of keys, we found ourselves in front of the house and impossible to enter. We had to go back to the agency to get the right keys because nobody was available. To make matters worse, it was impossible to access the house by vehicle and therefore to park inside as planned because all the streets around were closed for road and sewer work. The agency told us that they were not aware of this even though they came to put the towels and sheets before our arrival, so it was difficult not to be aware of this. To continue 10 people mentioned at check-in but only 9 sheets provided and 8 towels, finally an employee came to give them to us. Impossible to access the terrace from above, the gate was locked with a padlock that was probably taken away by the previous tenants (the inventory of fixtures leaves something to be desired because the agency was not aware of it). Just to finish, a smell of humidity in the room below, the one with the shower. It's a pity because the house is well located (10 min from Port Aventura by car and by the sea) and very spacious (perfect for 10 people)
