About 10 km from Todi, this magnificent vacation home is located in a picturesque hilly landscape.
The former farmhouse has been tastefully restored and furnished: The living space is distributed over two floors connected by an external staircase with loggia.
On the spacious property you will find various garden seating areas, opportunities for sports and games and the private pool area with sun terrace and panoramic views.
It will be hard for you to leave this cozy place, but in the surrounding area several charming Umbrian towns want to be visited and visited: Todi, Narni, Spoleto; Perugia, Assisi and Orvieto are all less than an hour's drive away and offer churches and museums with impressive art treasures, but also nice stores, trattorias and bars and always unique picturesque squares that invite you to linger.
Everywhere you can taste the Umbrian specialties ? such as the Torta al Testo, delicious pasta dishes with porcini mushrooms or truffles, - or simply enjoy the flair of these unique historic places with a cappuccino.
