Villa with air conditioning in a pretty family residence with big community swimming pool and garden, close to Miami Playa's beautiful beaches.
This two-storey house is well laid out, maintained and comfortable.
On the first floor stand the complete bathroom with bathtub, storage cabinet and a window, as well as the two double bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, a storage closet and a beautiful private terrace with view onto the villa's garden and the community area (you get out using a large picture window in the bedroom), and the second one with two single beds and a big closet.
On the ground floor, there are additional toilets for more commodity, as well as the open-plan kitchen, very well kept and completely equipped with dishwasher, big fridgem oven, microwave, etc... and a table which can perfectly be used as additional work surface.
The kitchen opens to a pleasant living room with dining area (table and chairs) and a relax zone with a comfortable sofa-bed and a television.
A large picture window in the living room allows direct access to the pretty covered terrace with 2 armchairs, which leads to the paved garden, totally fitted out for you and your family to enjoy the good weather as much as possible with a table, chairs, a sun shade and a stone barbecue.
There is direct yet private and secure access, using a little gate in the garden, to the community area of the residence.
Bright and fully equipped, this villa has all that is necessary for a pleasant stay: complete household appliances with, between others, a dishwasher, many storage spaces, quality furnishing, etc...
A parking spot is included and you can, if you wish, benefit from the following optional services: the air conditioning with 2 devices installed in the living room and up the stairs leading to the bedrooms, the Wifi Internet connection and the linen (sheets and shower towels).
It is part of a beautiful family residence with a huge green zone and two community swimming pools with outdoor showers, to be shared between more or less thirty houses.
Cute little alleys, fitted out all around the community garden, allow access to the houses and high hedges grant the swimming pool with a certain intimacy.
Very well located, in a quiet and natural environment over Miami Playa's hills, this residence stands about 4 kms from Miami Playa's beautiful beaches and creeks, with fine sand and crystal water, just as from the the centre of the seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities and services: shops, supermarkets, chemist, restaurants, bars, games rooms, bus stops, water sports on the beach front, etc...

Very good location, we were 5 including two teenagers, and two small yorkshires. The convertible sofa was used on the ground floor, which was perfectly comfortable in the bed version. For future happy tenants, this rental is perfect. Be careful not to leave food lying around, the local ants will take care of it and you will be surprised by their number! Otherwise, also be careful with the gate, which was too narrow for our Opel Vivaro.
